This system largely solves the time-consuming administration of HR processes, overview of employee data or, for example, employee development/skills gaps.

What do you like most?

As an HR administrator, there are many opportunities to customise the configuration of the tools to suit the company's needs, and I can do this myself. From an admin perspective, I also appreciate the ability to create the entire onboarding process, templates and related tasks. I also like the modules for surveys, appraisals and evaluations. The IT team is also willing to make individual changes.

What do you like most?

HR Panorama stands out for its comprehensive functionality, customisation to our needs, and wide range of available modules. We have particularly appreciated the module for employee assessments and recruitment management (including onboarding). We are also satisfied with the module for reporting deviations. HR Panorama offers a lot at a reasonable price, and the support team is always willing to help.

What do you like least?

"At the moment, I can't find anything I can point to as a disadvantage. The system fulfils our expectations and makes management much easier.

This system supports the holistic functioning of the company through its many functions in both soft and hard HR. It also helps to streamline a number of processes such as internal communication, employee development goals, 1:1 meetings, inventory management and travel costs.
