What do you like most?

The system is really easy to implement and use in everyday life. It's really easy to post a new position, and the entire subsequent recruitment management is quick and easy. At the same time, the company gets full control of GDPR. So compared to the price of the system, ReQruiting really offers value for money.

What do you like least?

The user interface may not be the most modern - but everything works as it should.

What business-critical problems do you feel ReQruiting solves?

The system has many great features that really help the HR department. It ensures efficiency and quality of work - and GDPR compliance.

What do you like most?

The organisation provides a high level of service, quick response and flexibility. The system is simple and user-friendly and is at the economically affordable end of the scale.

Everything can be improved - but I can NOT immediately put a negative finger :-)

For our business, it's about organisation, overview and easy access to candidates as well as easy internal sharing of tasks between colleagues.

What do you like most?

It fulfils the requirements we have as a small business - helping with the recruitment process within the GDPR framework, while managing employee data and electronically signing documents. Easy and inexpensive.

What do you like least?

Not always super easy to figure out how the system works - and I have experienced that data/documents disappear during updates. However, quick response and good service when I contact ReQruiting for help.

Make otherwise potentially heavy administrative tasks easy - including complying with GDPR legislation for recruitment. recruitment.
