With this solution, everyone in the organisation has immediate access to results and insights as soon as a measurement is completed. The open process creates genuine involvement, high engagement and shared ownership of the improvement work.

What business-critical problems do you feel CatalystOne Engage solves?

The solution gives us ongoing insight into risk areas such as high staff turnover, low job satisfaction or declining trust, and enables us to act early before problems have major consequences.

What do you like most?

Easy to scale across the organisation, it was easy for managers to adopt the tool and it created value immediately.

What do you like least?

Some parts of the organisation found the transparency provided by the tool somewhat daunting. However, it should be added that we received good tools and tips from Populum to deal with this.

Measure and improve the employee experience in a simple, scalable and automated way. Empowering our managers to make data-driven decisions to promote wellbeing, engagement and growth.

What do you like most?

I appreciate Populum's simple user-friendly interface and their excellent customer support. It makes our engagement work smoother and we can focus more on our core business.

What do you like least?

There is very little to dislike about Populum.

Populum helps us to effectively manage and analyse large amounts of data in the form of comments and results, which improves our decision-making. It also facilitates communication and collaboration within the team, which has been crucial for us since purchasing Populum in 2022.
