What do you like most?
The best thing about the VISKAN E-Handelsplatform is that we experience it as almost one-stop shopping, The system solves the entire customer journey and keeps track of stock
What do you like least?
There are still too few API solutions for the system - this is especially true when we use a third-party solution for customer service - we would like to have a solution where all communication/comment fields on the customer can be synced directly with a contact centre solution - then we could use the contact centre solution for communication and everything we send will automatically be synced with VISKAN and the opposite case where we communicate from VISKAN is synced to the contact centre solution.
